Jake, the owner, responds quickly and had just the type of unit I needed. Easy to get in and out from SR18. Plenty of room between buildings so I can pull in and back my boat trailer straight in the garage. I liked the 6 month rental rates.
A nicely organized and easily accessed storage facility right off SR18 just east of Finlayson. I could chose from 3 sizes for storage "garages" as well as a gigantic pole barn for my pontoon during the winter. The owner Jake is very responsive and offers monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual rates. Clean units. Secure hasps and locks. Recommended.
Clean and well managed. We go in and out right off SR18 on the way to and from Mille Lacs Lake. Nice place to keep the boat. Only takes 5 minutes to hook up and we're on our way. Very good rental rates compared to garages in the Twin Cities Metro. Recommended.
STORAGE GARAGES AND POLE BARN ARE FIRST CLASS. *NO LEAKS * GOOD LOCK CONTROL. POLE BARN HAS AMPLE ROOM FOR MULTIPLE PONTOONS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Recommended storage facility. Choice of 3 sized garages plus large pole barn. Owner is easily contacted and rental can even be done on the phone and email. Six month rate was quite attractive.
